I got two of my subs this semester with a mark of 64, i really wanted credits, to lift my GPA, even slightly would of been good. Any chance the lecturer would offer me the mark, can they even change a grade, is there any point even asking?

You would have been strategically bell curved and given a 64, so I don't think begging would change much.

But it can't hurt to try.

if everyone got an extra mark for when they got 64, 74, 84 then there wouldnt be anyone on those marks would there.

and if they bump u extra mark, then to be fair they would have to do it for everyone.

should just spur u on next semester to maximise all your marks as possible, especially the easy marks such as those in class quizes, pracs and assignments
