I have enrolled in the following courses so far, and wondering if there needs to be more subjects?
ACCT1501 Accounting and Financial Management 1A
ECON1101 Microeconomics 1
ECON1203 Business and Economic Statistics
MGMT1001 Managing Organisations & People

Also, how do I know when to enrol in the liberal studies component and core courses, as well as starting to pick subjects for majors?

4 courses is the 1st year maximum so you're fine there.

As for liberal studies, you can start picking subjects whenever you like. In your case, I wouldn't bother until Semester 2 to start thinking about it.

First year is the year to get your compulsory courses done. After that, the rest of the degree is yours to choose.
