Since I can't post links here in this forum. I've created a few basic guides to the interview process.
Search drwhodryu on google and click on my blog. Under the guide section will be some rough interview guides to help those going for their interviews soon.
From my connections in the interview field I can safely say if you do not get an offer into medicine it does not always mean you are not suited to medicine. There is huge discrepancy between lenient and tough markers and if you get unlucky you may score lower due to this or vice versa. Also your interviewer's past experiences and the students sitting the interview before you will influence how the interviewers will mark you. Unfortunately, the process will be influenced by an element of chance. Best of luck students!
