how come there is such a low percentage of band 6's in this subject? around 5% or thereabouts this yr i read somewhere

its actually quiet hard to get a band6 in pdhpe, like any other course, u got awork for it, dont let the 5% scare you, just go for it,
i myself tried but i failed in getting ban6 , ending up with 89

I asked the exact same question at a HSC Study Day last year and the teacher said that the reason why there's a smaller percentage of Band 6's is because students aren't answering the questions properly. Students are explaining instead of evaluating or describing instead of justifying (if that makes sense). Know your glossary of key terms, what they mean and what they're asking you to do off by heart!

Well i plan to be part of that 5%, so it doesn't bother me if it's only 5%. Hehehehe, spose it's like any subject really, you can't just get a band 6 without the maximum effort.
