I'm in year 12 right now and I've decided to really get on top of my physical health. About a month ago, just before term holidays, I started to go to the gym and I'm really into it. I'm also doing a sport which requires 2 training sessions a week and a game on saturday. I'm aiming for a high ATAR so of course studies come first but I also want to, and enjoy, doing physical activity.
Currently, I go to my 2 sport sessions on a weekday, and going to the gym friday saturday sunday.
How should I balance going to the gym/studying/sport training? If you're in a similar situation, I'd love to hear what you're doing.
