I am wanting to become a Maths/Science Secondary School Teacher.
I have been accepted into USQ in the Bach of Education (Secondary). I am due to start July.
As i am based in Melbourne i am also looking at the Bach of Science/Bach of Education through Monash. Although this doesn't start till January 2010. However, Monash has a mid-year intake for Bach of Science.
My question - am i better off trying to get into Monash Bach of Science and then transfer over to the double degree or should i do 2 Semesters of Bach of Education at USQ and then apply for a transfer.
I may not even get accepted into Monash - i do not have my VCE - only a Certificate III and three year 12 subjects.
