Im currently doing my HSC and am undertaking Music 1. I am doing a piece some might be familiar with called "Merry Christmas Mr Lawrence" by Ryuichi Sakamoto as a small ensemble.
If you've searched the performance on youtube you will know that its comprised of 3 parts: Piano, Violin, and Cello. I am playing the piano, and i have a violinist.
Unfortunately my Cellist as of late injured her arm and is unable to play anymore, definitely not in time for my trials.
I would really appreciate it if anybody could inform me of any connections of Cellists who are quite capable with the instrument and who would be able to play for me at all.
I know its quite out of the blue, and maybe a bit scary getin know people through a forum but lately i havent been able to find ANY cellists watsoever.
Score is all written, just a matter of taking sometime to learn it and practice it together.
