Physics 6/80 2024: 14 B6s
Chemistry 9/88 2024: 13 B6s
Maths Ext 1: 43/84 2024: 40 B6s

That subject combo and those ranks? That's really impressive, although any estimate you get right now will probably be wildly off because you've technically only completed around 1/4 of your HSC so far. If you maintain those marks, I think an ATAR between 98-99 is definitely realistic (probably around mid 98s? I'm not the pro though)
