Hi, so I had received my report, and it was a major downer for me, I studied, but ultimately didn't do as well I wanted to. However with my current ranks, I hope to get an idea what ATAR I'm headed at, and perhaps with Trials to go I can improve a few places.
School Ranking: around 170s
Maths 2u: 30/ 118
Maths 3u: 20/42
Eng Adv: 180/ 232 (my worst, though differences in marks are tight)
Phys: 15/61
Bio: 60/159 (half yearlies brought me down, and trials will scale my HY mark up if I do good (sick))
Chem: 23/ 92
Trials are around 30% for all of them, and I know I'll be giving it my best to smash them, I hope to improve to:
top 15 for chem,
top 10 for phys,
top 30 for bio,
top 10 for 2u maths ( was ranked 5th for latest assessment, trials are worth 40%)
top 15 for 3u
and alas english apparently trials are super challenging, so if I work hardout I should be able to jump to top 150 (aiming for 85 during hsc)
So with my current ranks what atar range am I headed now? (If I maintain them)
And what atar range should I expect to receive if I improve after the trials?
