My school rank around 190 ~ 200

I hope that I can get around 90 to get to Medical Science T.T

Hmm at the moment I can say you are doing okay, but I honestly don't think you can get 90 (I wish I could say yes). You should be able to attain an ATAR in the mid 80's if you work hard. Damn... I really want you to get the ATAR you need. This is the final ranks though, right? If so, your externals can dramatically help you. Please, do really well in your externals.
