Hey,

I'm doing an assessment on Anti-Terrorism Laws and i just need some examples of Formal means of challenging these laws, for example: people taking the government to court over a false imprisonment for terrorism...anything like that.

Also if ya have any good sites or info on the topics (Anti Terrorism Laws) could ya please tell me...

Thanks so much
Leeny :)

Arg those things have completely slipped my mind. Is there a list in your legal studies textbook, I remember our prelim one had it. Then you can relate them to your topic?

I googled Anti-Terrorist Laws and there was heaps of info another great place to go would be somewhere like the state library (or a university library would be good too). The state library has a section called LIAC which has subscriptions to legal databases and the like, as does universities. It all depends though on how much info you need and what info you need.
