are bonus points like unsw hsc plus and eas considered?

I got 92 and i put commerce at unsw and usyd. after adding hsc plus and eas points, ill get above the cuttoffs for the commerce degree at both unis. however i did not receive and offer... so i was wondering are all types of bonus points only considered in the main round?

Umm for which round did you not receive an offer. The bonus points are not restricted to the main round.
