ok i fucked up applying for uni, the final application thing is tonight and i wasnt able to pay by credit card so i did the post office pay method thing, so will i still get charged a late fee since i havnt payed the $23, im able to pay it tonight by BPAY but it wont get processed till tommorow morning anyway..
so ive applied and all, just havnt payed $23, will i get a late fee?
