I'm a lazy kid, so I don't really know when I should start studying for the HSC...i mean, it seems pretty far away to me...:mad1:

so i just wanted ta noe...

who's started studying for it already?

I'd suggest you start about now. Past papers, that is.

Trust somebody who's done the HSC already. ;)

im doing past papers.. that's about it. i have to get my notes together.

I haven't really been doing past papers, instead I've done alot of questions on various topics, which has really boosted my confidence and is good preparation in the long term.
I will probably also start getting out some past trials in preparation for the upcoming trials.

1. There are literally hundreds of past papers that you can do for mathematics,

2. You can always ask around for more. ;)

i started the trial papers about a month ago, but i have to keep missing out the things i haven't done. And it not really me sitting down doing an entire paper, more like a paper a week

yeah I am studying for the trials, this holidays will be two weeks of solid doom

The HSC will come after that

For those of us using the MIF (M.Grove) books, I would recommend the doing and redoing of the ---> "test yourself", "revision set" and "challenge" exercises ---> they are good revision...especially the challenge exercises which have some pretty hard questions!
