im interested because people always say that modern is the higher scaling of the two courses...
mad cat? was that meanness? im too tired i cant even tell....chriskoss said:That is what I meant mad cat.. since its an 'easy' course.. if you do bad in it.. it scales you bad.. thus being a bad scaling subject.
But its not like if you get 95 in it.. it will scale you down to 70 lol.

ancient is not an easy subject! it takes alot of interpretation... and answering the question to the examiners liking! they can get so picky... i got.. 3rd top mark in the trials at my school.. and i got 76! ... it is really hard to get like.. 100% in ancient history.. just because there are so many interpretations of what you are studying... gahhh
i dont think ancient history scales badly.
if you do well.. you do well..
Not badly.Zarafaraway said:im interested because people always say that modern is the higher scaling of the two courses...

if so where you getting these magical figures from?
Thanks for this.fOxYcLeOpTrA89 said:scaled mean of ancient history: 25.0 (not scaled up or down)
scaled mean of modern history: 27.4 (scaled up)
anything above 25 is scaled up, anything below 25 is scaled down.
