I reakon between 94.5-96.5. Its very hard to be precise with your estimate, due to the small size of your cohort. However, judging by those trial marks, your looking at mid-band 6 in 2unit and high E3, low E4 for MX1.

Around mid 90's. I think cutoff for an E4 is usually around low 60's/84.
