Am I the only person who takes english studies seriously? (1 Viewer)

Sooooo people keep bullying me for taking english studies (school, on discord, etc ) , i know theyre all just hating and ill humble them all with my SR , but was js wondering if anyone else out there is taking english studies seriously? like, trying to go for a band 5? or seriously studying it? havnt found anyone so far but i hope someone can relate. wish i could talk to ppl about their elective and strategy for part IV, e.g im doing billy elliot for part II, there will come soft rains (digital worlds module) for part III, and for part IV... well i have a good plan for an imaginative text but i also have some good resources if anyone wants since i did like a full analysis/investigation on english studies past exams and format and have done a full report on each part in a document if anyone wants access lmk. my class is js full of dropkicks so its distracting and i dont rlly learn much but we will see this is probably the case for you if youre on this forum and take ES.

English studies scales the same as standard and advanced

there should be a subject called math studies which should be equivalent to year 7 math and maximum scaled mark capped at 25/50

whatever subject you do, take it seriously. you have no less value if you take english studies compared to english extension 2, so why not try your best either way?

there's a subject called numeracy which is non atar which is the equivalent of what you've described
