Alternetive ways to billy blue (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I did not do well in my HSC so I cannot do Bachelor of Applied Design (Digital Media) at billy blue. However I was wondering if it is possible to transfer from TAFE to billy blue?

Or, is there any other alternative ways to do so?
