I honesty haven't been keeping up with the pracs and want to catch up.

I got these straight out of the Excel Prelim Chem book, by looking at the Contents pages. They are all the pracs that are related to the syllabus, so they should be all you need. The numbers relate to the subsections of each module, in case that wasn't clear. Hope this helps!
