Is there a computer program where you can put in raw marks for a subject and it gives you an aligned mark according to last years statistics

JUAIseek0405 does it, I believe. You need Java on your computer, though.

No, it doesn't. Very little data on raw marks/aligned marks has been released, all the information available is in these threads:
