Advice Please! HSC Subject Selection! Particulary calling those who study languages (1 Viewer)

I am a Year 11 student currently studying the following subjects:

• English Standard
• General Mathematics
• Religion (2 unit)
• Italian Continuers
• Economics
• French Continuers

For Year 12 I would like to pick up Italian Extension and drop down to 1 unit Religion, I will have 12 units in total.

Do you think this is a good idea or will it effect my scaling? I do extremely well in Italian but I am worried that if I don't do so well it will have an effect on Italian Continuers. Is this true or is the mark for continuers separate in itself?

I'm pretty sure the marks are seperate for Italian Continuers and Italian Extension.

continuers is a mark/ 100 and extension is like any other one unit course/ 50. definitely take it up if you're capable!
