is anyone doing advertising at tafe? I just wanna know your thoughts of the course cause i'm thinking of doing them.

Yes, currenlty doing a diploma course... well I am in the Certificate IV stage, diploma comes next year. LOTS of group assignments... but the subject is more focused on Marketing and Marketing mix at the moment, I think next stage is the actuall advertisement development process.
I enjoy the course although it does get boring... its all memory work for tests as well.

i'm going to do a cert IV in advertising via OTEN distance education, i figured it would compliment my degree.
but i'll have to work on it mainly during summer and winter break, since the rest of the year i'll be busy.
it does look sorta interesting tho...
leathaface, how are you finding the overall difficulty/effort required for the cert. IV? Is it easy to finish the work quickly, or slow and tedious?
