Long time lurker but this assignment is making me feel weird.
We basically have 3 parts
Part 1- Make a poster (Lion, Witch and Wardrobe movie)
Part 2- 2 A4 pages for a comparison to Norther Lights (done, easy)
Part 3- Justify certain techniques and such that we did in the poster. Basically AIDA annotations. Why did we do this? Why did you do that?
So, for Part 1, I'm not very good at posters but I've got a few pictures glued on
"You need to demonstrate an understanding of the themes and issues the composer intended to convey in his film." How do you do this with a poster? I understand the themes such as the catholic allegory, gluttony, stone table is stone tablet etc. Sparknotes is always good too
How do you do that with a poster though? It's due 2 days from now so some time I suppose, should have started it earlier haha.
For an A : "Student clearly and comprehensively conveys an understanding of the themes of the film"
Help me out BOS.
Edit: It's an advertising poster.
Edit2: Is an example of a technique placing a picture of Aslan above the White witch which shows good vs evil and good winning by being on top.
Or something like putting a christain cross as a t in the title of the poster? That type of stuff?
