I missed the mid-semester exam and was awarded a supplementary exam. I was sick again for the supplementary...seriously I was.

I have the proper documentation and all. What happens now? Will I get another supplementary or will they reweigh the final?

You need to speak to the unit coordinator and/or lecturer about it ASAP.

My guess is that your final exam will be reweighted, but I have heard that MQ policy doesn't allow 100% final examinations.

As I said, speak to your lecturer about it, no one here is qualified to answer your question.
