Accepting courses after start date (1 Viewer)

Being the dropkick I am I applied to a digital design course in a private college (AIT). After much consideration I decided to withdraw from that path and begin to study design in UWS in Penrith. Problem is that the course has already started (22/2/16). Is there any chance that UWS will accept me applying this late or do I have to go through a deferment process and delay my first semester?
