I applied for interior design in UTS and I got UAI of 86.80
and the cut off for that couse is 84 point something..
Do you think I'll definitely get accepted or
because there are so many people this year who got over UAI of 90,
they might not have place for me as they pick the high achievers first?
I am a bit worried about this crap..
Please help..
:(

I don't think there is a considerable difference this year to the number of high achievers in previous years. Don't let the UAIs people are posting on BOS scare you traditionally most people who post their results are very academic and from "good" schools.

It depends on the amount of people applying, course places, who accepts in what round etc. That being said you are over the cut off all you can do is put the course in 1st preference and play the waiting game (always other rounds besides the main so you might not get it 1st but could in other rounds), best of luck.
