nah resisted motion is just motion in some sort of resistive medium. if you have a textbook, they usually split the chapters up into resisted motion, circular motion, conical pendulum and banked track. so if you want clarification on which one is which just look there. in the 4U course, i dont think we deal with air resistance in motion around a curved banked track.
