RIGHTTT like why is my commute longer than my actual class sometimes help

i've started forcing myself to stay around on campus longer so the commute feels "worth it". i refuse to spend up to 4 hours total some days commuting and only being on campus for a 2 hour lecture... western sydney life (gateway scholarship nice though)

why do u even go for lectures. i havent been to any lectures this term and i went to like 3-4 in total last term out of all my classes. tbf some of the comm courses are so dogshit but it is what it is.

i didn’t for most of last term, but this term i have to for one subject because i’m taking a course where they make you do a live quiz for attendance and the convenor has set it so that you can’t access the echo recording until like a few hours after the lecture happened it’s so stupid
