2 weeks written notice (1 Viewer)

I have to hand in written notice to my work 2 weeks before I lave. But my reason I plain out hate the store and don't like the race of the majority of the other staff either.

At my last job, I just stopped showing up and answering their calls, but this means I lost out on a reference.

In this case, I want the reference, but also, Im moving to another store on the same level in the same complex.

Any ideas on what I can put down as a reason?
