1st Year Fine Arts 75 WAM (1 Viewer)

I wanted to do Bach Of Design but i wont get the uai for it, so i am planning to do a year of Fine Arts and transfer to it. I spoke with the lecturers at the Open Day today and they said if you get a Weighted Average Mark of 75 you can transfer into any course you want. If you get close to that its not guaranteed but you have a decent chance of transferring. So my question is how hard is it to get 75 WAM or thereabouts in 1st Year Fine Arts? Have i got any chance or is near impossible?

75 WAM means around DN/HD average for all the courses you take in first year. The title distinction isn't awarded for no good reason, it takes a fair bit of effort to claim distinction for a course.
