How much of the prelim content should we know for HSC? Its technically assumed knowledge but I havn't done prelim industrial in about a year and I still did pretty well on my trials

Its been a year pretty much since I have delved into the prelim business content. Our teacher says it does not matter for HSC but are there any aspects of it that are not in the HSC syllabus but should be known?

Classroom, Drive, Emails etc. Does the department just delete it after grad? How long do I have to save all my stuff?
