I thought Tony Abbott was part of the Liberal party?

Well, if he is going to take away women's right to get an abortion, he better damn well pay for those babies they have to keep.

    Is racism really that bad?

I have the perfect response to this, but unlike some, I am not blinded by Ethnic Hatred. Have a nice day.

    Is racism really that bad?

HAHA, that cracks me up every time.

    Is racism really that bad?

You're = You are. Your = Your. Even the one with Serb Blood can tell you that.

    Is racism really that bad?

I am both Serbian and Croatian (Serbian born/raised Croatian mother, Serbian-Croatian father), the amount of people who think I must be so hateful I can't stand myself is mindblowing. I am Serbian and I hate Milosevic. The amount of people who are shocked when i said that.....

    Is racism really that bad?

Never said we were, but those who claim that white people never suffer at the ends of racism or ethnic conflict are simply misinformed.

    Is racism really that bad?

I am white. I had brothers killed in an ethnically motivated war. My family was driven from out home in the name of ethnic cleansing. Your argument is invalid.

worst air travel/ things you hate most about air travel

Very specifically booking a window seat and then being moved into the middle of 5 seats by incompetent airlines. Being stuck next to a fat person who takes up both their seat and half of mine. Crowded long haul flights where you can't really lie down on the seat next to you and sleep...

    Youth Allowance Eligibility

I wouldn't like to be locked into any form of commitment where I was forced to state or sign that I'd have to stay with them for ten years without even working there first. It is like the scholarships to study education - they give them to high school graduates to study education, they often...

Abbott thinks reading the Bible should be compulsory in schools

The decision on whether to teach your children Christianity should rest solely with parents, not the government.

My Southern Cross tattoo now brands me as a racist

No. The war has been over for nearly two years before we came here. Perhaps the war contributed to deciding towards a move, but we still CHOSE to come here. No one MADE us leave.

    Youth Allowance Eligibility

Not always true. Secondly, not everyone can scrape enough money in a gap year. It is very tough to get full time jobs in a difficult economy, especially for country/rural kids where there are less jobs than kids trying to earn $19000 in their gap year.

    Youth Allowance Eligibility

I was lucky that my parents would never do this to me, but what about those young people who's parents refuse to support them in any way when they turn 18? Some people can't claim because of parental means, but those parents are then refusing to give them a single cent. Should they be...

    Internet filtering: You can't opt-out

With the exception of child pornography, I am more offended by the idea of censorship than I am by anything they want to censor. Whatever happened to the good old policy of "if you don't like it, don't look it up/watch it".

Fuck off we're full. Immigrants taking true blue Aussie houses

Another +1. My parents are both University Graduates. My father was a professional footballer in his early 20s. My father works as a Lawyer and my mother as a high school teacher. My parents pay taxes and have no mortgage, they fully own the home. If we were Australian born, everyone would say...

My Southern Cross tattoo now brands me as a racist

+1. You can also add that we came of our own free will.

are you rich? if yes, you're automatically a liberal voter.

For what its worth, most of the hippies I know vote Labor in House of Reps, Green in Senate.

    A win for fathers?

50-50 custody is a good idea in theory, hard to actually implement. There will always be Dads who have to move back home/take another job because they lost the house because Mum got the kids and they now have to pay a lot of child support, the Mums who move their kids 1000km away from Dad out...

Leaked blacklist proves the Internet censorship scheme a farce

If they take away my LOLCats, I'm so moving back to Serbia or Croatia!

are you rich? if yes, you're automatically a liberal voter.

My family would be considered wealthy by most standards and we all vote Labor. Stereotype = flawed.
