    This is a tough one ay, I rkn it is C. Quality assurance is the process of making sure the program meets the specifications doesn't it? ensuring that the end-user is going to receive a product built to the specifications. I think B is a little too easy....

    What is a communication protocol?

    A communication protocol is a set of rules taht govern the transfer of data. These define how the connection and transfer is established. I used POP as my example. I think that's correct?
