im going to fenner hall. i wanted one where i had to get/make my own meals... and the b&g website wasnt loading :P i dont really mind that it's not on the uni campus itself i still dont believe i got in since my academic referee forgot to send in his reference. it must have been slim pickings...

no problems yah i'm coming to anu. i left unsw last year gl in calling them. it's like they have one person looking after 10 phones or something because they just wont pick up sometimes :(

please note i'm not trying to be hostile here, i'm just trying to give you peace of mind :)

i went to unsw last year and this is how enrolment was there: stood outside in a big ass long queue until they open the door and usher you in. on the main floor there were all these signs saying stuff like "ARTS", "LAW", "ARTS/LAW", "SCIENCE", "ELEC ENG" etc with these enrolment people...

just fill out as much as you can and leave the bits you're not sure of till enrolment where they'll help fill out the rest i dont get why you guys are even making your timetables already and fretting when it doesnt come out right. you don't need to make it now unless you already figured out...

at enrolment you officially pick your elective classes and majors and whatever, get your student card, etc, and then you can go online (anywhere you want, just to make that clear) and make your timetables with your list of whatever classes you have in any case, after you've settled...

yeah, it's all smooth now :) hopefully you dont have to fill these out till a bit before enrolment day at the anu, which is ages away :D it's all good :)

do you guys know how we find out whether or not they got our acceptance slip? and when do we get our student id numbers?

i'd email them about that :) maybe they just got their information wrong... now that you've got an offer you should focus all your energies onto finalising your accomodation, because after that's all set up you can just forget about it. good luck to you!

BA/BSc enrolment typically ends up being long and protracted, waiting in lines for people to pick and assign all their classes, asking questions and stuff on a side note, i'm kind of freaked out at the prospect of being in a completely different city with different new people. whereabouts is...
