you are better off dropping a name like "such and such maintains" or "such and such argues" cos if u include a quote generally the marker's gonna go "ok, this kid knows how to memorise, but they've just waffled a lot of crap when they could have paraphrased". if u paraphrase u get a whole lot...

i got 78% and that was our top mark, but the chick last yr who topped the state in ancient was from my school (megan caristo) and she got 69% in the trial - its all just how u perform on the day, and if ur ranked 1 that matters

don't stress guyz its only your rank anyway!! we were told not to look at our raw mark becasue it will disappoint nearly all of us, even the ones that came first in the course! :(
