    Quotations

Hey, I was wondering if quotes are necessary to get top marks? Or do they just help and look good? Our teacher, who is an HSC marker, said that we don't need them and they don't help. Reading this forum though has scared me. Also can everyone share the quotes they have for section I ...

"Conflict in the Pacific", help page

Well with the length of a piece, its the old story: 'quality not quantity' However for the 30 mark question since you should be spending close to an hour on it I think you should be writing at least 1200 words. If you look at the band 6's from last year they are writing between 8-14 pages...

"Conflict in the Pacific", help page

Hey I am pretty confortable with the content for the topic. Only problem is secondary scholarship. Does anyone know any good quotes, or historians (besides Inega and Willmott)? Also do you have any predictions for the questions? I reckon, and hope, that one question will definitely be...

    UAI Prediction PLEEZ!

Dude you seriously need to lift your game in english if you want to do well. Even though your other marks are amazing english will seriously hurt you. If you continue with those ranking I rekcon you'll get in the low 90's. However if you pull up ur english you'll easily get 95+

Can UAI jump 2 points the following year?

I'm not quite sure what you mean but it is possible depending how your the other candidates in yours subjects go from year to year. 2 UAI points empcompasses a lot of people. Since about 70,000 people do the HSC then 2% is about 1,500
