Which optional topics are you doing? Usually going on an excursion to somewhere related to your optional topics is helpful.

Yeh I agree when writing notes you tend to remember the material more. Another good tip is to read around, i.e. read more textbooks and do more sample questions to get a good understanding of how things work.

I'm sure if you feel nervous about the exam, so would many others who are studying the new syllabus. I guess the best advice is to nag your teacher hard to teach more, and read more textbooks(go to your local library for more books) to get a more broader understanding.

James Ruse Agricultural High School offers IPT as an accelerate subject. I recall that Sydney Girls High School and North Sydney Girls High School also does as well.

You really should write your own notes. Because when writing your notes, you're more likely to recall what you wrote during an exam. And if you are ever stuck on anything you don't quite understand, or want more depth when writing your notes then you can ask the forum. Don't just simply ask...
