cop it, when u actually research engineering at the unis it actually says a band 5 in 2U is bare minimum, recommends higher. just look it up before u make a fool of yourself, oh wait you already did.

That would be about as effective as making marriage compulsary. Dahhh wat if people dont want marriage etc and just want a relationship in the emotional and the physical sense. Anyway if that actually happened an uprise would start and the hippies of the world would come crashing down apon law...
