    Without going into the history of things -> Type of trial- Common uses adversarial, Civil uses inquisitorial Laws - Common is more precedent based (the common law) whilst Civil has codified laws, and so judges normally apply law without precedent.     Commission welcomes repeal of mandatory sentencing laws in NT ^--Source =) Repealed in NT in October 2001. Only state left with mandatory sentencing is WA, which made positive changes to mandatory sentencing on juveniles this year.

    Listen a lot, yes, so that you can learn how to separate words properly and that way you can use a dictionary as long as you've got the basic sound. (Eg of a problem: Thinking particles are parts of words and thus mixing sentence up). Lots of common structures are re-used imo in the practices...

    About answers for (d) and (e), don't they have to be given so that angle is in the domain 0 < argz < pi or -pi/2 < argz < 0 ?? So I thought answers would be (d) 0 < argz < pi/2 (e) -pi < argz < -pi/2
