Hi all, i'm just wondering whats the best way to re-write something in your own words. I seem to have trouble doing this, as my essays sound alot like the essays/summaries we have done in class. With only 4 weeks till the HSC, i'm stressing :S

Actually I disagree. Our teacher specifically told us that those 3 segments are importand and need to be talked about in your essay for your talked about materials. You need to elaborate on how those 3 cause changes among an individual, as well as the negative/positive effects.

I"m not sure exactly what the question would be, but i think the bottom line would be how journeys create change, and how they shape meaning to the responder.. We had to do an essay last yr (yr11), and the stuff we would be tested on was our ability to illustrate the relationships between the...

haha my construction teacher always says "Gentleman"... another teacher says "shhh" and "I give u green slip" (green slip is a lunch time detention slip) For the same teacher we counted him saying "shhh" appox 271 times in a double lesson (90 minutes)

I've decided to join the army, and i have schedualed a JOE'S day next week. What i want to know if there is something i can study beforehand? I've heard some of the maths questions involve long division.. Does anyone else know what esle i can study to improve my apptitute test? Thanks :apig:

hmm, my enlish teacher sugested something "not down to earth" lol. One of the guys at school wrote a piece abotu a physical journey going through toilet cubicals and got something like 13/15 :S .. don't ask me how :S

For an essay i'm currently working on, the question is similar. "discuss how image is important, so the responder can fuly understand how image forms meaning.." or something like that. (not looking at my assignment sheet) ... can i just ask what things you talked about?
