    Football Manager

Lol at that. Even though it's two years old it's still amazing. Longest strike I've had was 70 yards I think, Fred from Lyon was quality. Anybody playing FM08?

    Seal Dribble [football/soccer]

Kerlon. What a man. YouTube the most recent Cruzeiro - Atletico match, finished 4-3. He seal dribbles right at the end and this huge block smashes him, I think he gets sent off for it too. Pretty funny stuff. Good player in FM.

Anyone watchin the Arse game? Playing some REALLY nice football. Hope Eduardo gets some decent time, be good if he could even grab a goal. We keep playing like this we'll win 5-1 (because Senderos ALWAYS makes one bad mistake)

Re: The Official A-League Thread. Not really. It should have been 1-1. Saying that Brosque fully deserved his goal but with the possession MV had they should have converted. The last half hour was all Melbourne, Patafta and Caceres looked extremely sharp, Archie missed a sitter and...

Re: The Official A-League Thread. :O was that a compliment from a Sydney supporter to a Victory supporter? Im speechless. I understand where you are coming from with the Love situation. He's young, ambitious and obviously has something MVFC like. There are also plenty of young players...

Re: The Official A-League Thread. You also forgot Langerak, he's only 18. Up until the departure of Leijer we had 8 under 23 prospects Sydney currently have 8, after the departure of Carney. One less under 23-player and suddenly we're a team full of "players in their prime(25-30) who...

Re: The Official A-League Thread. I think that if Brebner or Muscat were out injured, we'd have Milicevic move into the centre of the park, and in the event both Brebs and Muscat were out we'd have Milicevic and Broxham. Also, Pantelidis is comfortable in the centre of the park. In that...

Re: The Official A-League Thread. I agree. But expand too soon and we'll have another NZ Knights situation. Poorly supported, poorly funded, poorly managed, poor performing teams that cannot cut it against the established clubs. I think Expansion to a 10 club league should be the first...

Re: The Official A-League Thread. Kitzbichler was great. One of our best players in season one. Also, he was released not because we didn't want him, but because he had been offered a player/coach role at Red Bull Salzburg, and Austrian First Division team and former club of Kitz's...

    Commerce with Actuarial Studies

I contacted the Commerce Faculty at UoM, and they replied that between 75-100 credit points have to be obtained in your degree through 'breadth' subjects, and the layout for Actuarial Studies subjects is as follows (thanks to AppleXY for the sourcing): First year 300-101 Introduction to...

    Commerce with Actuarial Studies

Hmm maybe Ill email UoM, I mean, for anyone that has a definite career in mind, and say they need like you said Acc/Finance, or Actuarial studies, doing a commerce degree at UoM may not be the best for that pathway. I know its potentially very bad for people interested in Actuarial, because...

    Commerce with Actuarial Studies

Hey, A question to any people at or planning to do a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Actuarial Studies: With the new 'Melbourne Model' degrees, where 25% of subjects have to be taken from outside the faculty, will there still be enough room for all necessary subjects for majoring in...

    The Official Football Thread 2006/2007

Oh god please Sign Senderos! Good signings for United btw. Which = bad for arsenal, but thats irrelevant. I think Anderson will take some adjusting to do, hes an exciting talent yes, but such was the pedigree of Baptista, what a dud he turned out to be. I think it will help that he has...

    The Official Football Thread 2006/2007

Im just praying we don't lose Henry...or Wenger for that matter. But if one goes the other is fairly sure to follow. Although I would like to see Baptista shown the exit door, Reyes denied entry to Ashburton grove (although that would suit him fine), Senderos sen-der-offed and possibly...
