If you liked maths in HS, then FINS1613 is better since 1612 is 95% qualitative so up to you.
I had some great advice from future students (ask for aaron) when I enrolled into commerce so maybe you should call them up when they open on thursday.
The 4 core courses are the same difficult as...
The decimal doesn't necessarily mean how many courses you've completed since it depends on the average.
In general, they do not release the subjects on an individual basis but everyone at once.
Think of a rubber band where you put dots (marks on it). Then for your moderated assessment mark, you stretch or constrain the rubber band that sort of replicates the gaps and distribution of the school marks.
So let's say 1st place is far away from the cohort and everyone else including 2nd...
My apologies, on the handbook it says " Students in the single degree program must complete a minimum of 192 units of credit." so technically you could do more units but like I said, it is best to contact the faculty rather than here.
Unfortunately it appears you may not be able so. This isn't anything new but rather the structure of the single degree in bachelor of advanced science. At UNSW, the advanced science degree requires you to complete 12 UOC of general education courses (Total degree of 192 UOC). However, the chem...
Expecting some good Ds and HDs.
Also I don’t know what the fuss is about MGMT1001. Yes the reports are a hit or miss but the average for them was a credit, which is standard at UNSW.
Re: UNSW chit chat thread 2017
UNSW Business School has uploaded course outlines for semester 1 2018. This would be useful especially new students who can have a quick peek of what to expect. It would also be good to know whether there are changes to the courses this year (e.g. new textbooks so...
I did ACTL2111, ACTL2131, FINS1612 and FINS2624 during my 2nd yr 1st sem. Depending on your expectations I would say the two ACTLs together were indeed challenging but at the same time I felt they were a lot easier than what people say about them. ACTL after the first year rewards you very well...
Wow, not sure if actually legit. I remembered during my time with him, he was the biggest dickhead of a tutor. He never went through questions properly as he preferred us to do it ourselves at home and always told us off for not being able to do the questions (I thought tutorials were suppose to...
Some LIC do send your final exam marks otherwise yes need to use your pre-final marks to calculate it. Problem is you may not know whether scaling was applied to your mark.
