    IMO you always have more time than you say you do. Personally I just try and read for every time i think of checking facebook/reddit lel, or just take a day to myself and go read in the sunshine. Total friggin zen.

    We can look at the rocket and it's fuel/exhaust as an isolated system. According to LCoM "the sum of momenta in an isolated system always remains constant", i.e. total momentum of the rocket and it's exhaust gases is always the same. So for any small amount of time, then any forward/upward...

    For in-class essays, use the exam paper to plan out your essay. It's way better than sitting down, looking at the question, freaking out and vaguely planning in your head. + always keep question in sight - this goes for every single exam really haha, but it's important to explicitly demonstrate...

    If this isn't the ideal way to study for VA exams I don't know what is... Also for internals obv: know your teachers c: VA teachers can be pretty biased, and will be impressed if you know and relate to an artist/style they're very fond of.

    ^ actually, this approach is pretty effective. For bonus points: memorise 5+ vaguely appropriate long words before the exam and use them opportunistically. Especially in long response. Also, don't forget little details like title and size - these are free bs points.

    Depends how you're doing it. It's not uncommon for authors to tuck one in under the chapter number to give a hint of the mood or foreshadowing of what's following as you said. But of course you're "allowed" to, and if the rest of it's good quality it's not as if you'd get marked down for it...
