Hi I'm starting uni this year and I was wondering whether having back to back lectures/tutes/pracs will be ok even if they're in different buildings? Would I have enough time to get there? Thanks :)
I started studying 6 weeks ago, but due to other exams and such only 1-2 hours of biology a day. From now up until sunday I'll study for about 4/5 hours a day.
St Columba's.. yeah our whole year is getting a misadventure, but I'm not sure how it works if you didn't even sit the exam (we all got transferred to sit our exams at McCarthy in emu plains), so as far as I know only like one person wasn't able to at least attempt the exam
Ok so I live in springwood too and was told by our year coordinator this is how it would work...
Well fill out our own misadventures as to what exams were affected, and the school provides the 'evidence' (bushfire obviously).
Then, if your assessment mark is higher than your exam mark (with...

Creative question fit perfectly with my story so got 11 pages for that done in 50 minutes :)
At first glance, I totally freaked with the essay but once I started writing I realised it was actually pretty good

Yeah I'm basically in exactly the same situation as you haha, and I feel as prepared as I can I guess... So that means I think you are too! Good Luck :)
Hi guys, what specific scenes/extracts do people recommend knowing really well for HSC- that is, which ones are most flexible/cover large range of themes and ideas?
I have really long notes and I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed :S
Thanks
Was just wondering if it's possible to transfer to uws medicine after a year of another degree at a different uni? What do they use (i.e. umat and gpa?)
Thanks! :)
I do both chem and ext1 english and am on 10 units :P
Both subjects are challenging in their own right... depending on whether you're better at science/english-based courses. Ext english requires A LOT of independent work/investigation outside of the classroom and you really have to be...
Start of year 12 I was on 11 units with ext 2 maths (school made us do advanced maths and 1-unit ext1 until we were sure about ext 2). Ended up dropping ext2 because my english marks were suffering- very glad I made this decision and am happy with my 10 units.
Many people (peers, parents...
I'm really sorry honey, its clear you have a passion for english but advanced is a lot more demanding than standard. If you flunked two assessment tasks in standard she probably assumes that you're going to flunk them in advanced and reduce the mean (and hence everyone else's marks, ultimately...
Anyone doing either of these at uts?
Eventually I want to get into medicine but I would still like to enjoy my first degree anyway :P
Opinions?
Thx guys
