How do you study 2u mathematics?

Use text book questions to learn foundation for topic (also practice questions, particularly the chapter reviews (tests at end of each chapter)). Once you're confident with the topic just spam past papers. If you're losing marks in a specific area (i.e. limiting sum) then go back to the text...

    Rocket acceleration and g force

Oh. I see my mistake, I made the initial mass 97.8 g (i added the fuel). Thanks! That was explained very well.

    Rocket acceleration and g force

A certain model rocket has a pre-launch mass of 87.3 g, of which 10.5g is propellant. It is able to deliver a thrust of 6.1 N. Assuming the rocket is fired directly up, calculate: a) the initial rate of acceleration and g force b) the final rate of acceleration and g fore just prior to...

    Holiday math - going ahead

So I'm going to start going ahead in MX1 and I was wondering what chapters are the most difficult (or hardest to grasp). I've already started circle geometry (before my class) as I know it definitely needs alot of practice. What other topics would you recommend I do?

    Physics Band 6

Thanks for the feedback guys. After seeing that 5% get 92+, I'm going to be realistic and aim for a mid - high band 5. So I've been playing around with atar calculators and I realised that my goal of 95 ATAR doesn't necessarily require a band 6 in physics. It seems that a mark of around 87-88...

    Physics Band 6

My First Thread ^^ So the school I go to is pretty horrible at Physics. We got 1 band 6 three years ago, I think. But that's about it. Its because our teacher is horrible at the subject and is basically learning it as we are learning it. I was wondering how difficult it would be to be a band 6...
