I really wanna go to usyd for an arts degree and the 2012 cutoff was 80.05. Anyone got any ideas what the cutoff will be for 2013?

I wanna do an arts degree and major in economics than after a year transfer to an economics degree. What marks are required to be able to transfer? Do i have to start a whole new degree? How many chances do i get to transfer? Thanks y'all
