    I work with got some ASN define-8, takes a scoop in the morning and a scoop before a cardio sesh, droped 2% bf in like 2-3 weeks and still eats carbs and some junk food or go on bb.com and buy green tea tabs. I got 3 x 200 tablets for like 12 bux or something when they were on special.

    wats ur gym routine

    You get a really good upper body work out from rock climbing. I think i'm going to get a very light six pack soon :P I have the lines forming on my stomach, I feel fit even though I have an extremely unhealthy diet.

    i love my gym activities/exercises so i do these exercises on regularly basis,five days a week.Squats: 3x5 - 145kg Bench: 3x5 - 92.5kg Deadlift: 1x5 - 170kg Weighted sit ups: 4x15 - 25kg
