I'm not sure, but I don't see why not. Try emailing them, they reopen for enquiries at 9:00 am on Wednesday 2nd. Got to the website (csu.edu.au) and on the right there is info about enquiries. I am also going to be studying at CSU in Bathurst, though I'm starting there this year :). Good luck
