How to address lecturers?
Each lecturer has their own idea regarding formality, however always err on the side of caution. Generally in email it is better to use the formal style until the lecturer states otherwise; Dear Dr Ross - or Dear Professor Coltheart etc would be typical.- MQ-MANAGER

If a course is only graded as Pass or fail, how does it get counted towards your GPA?
Re: If a course is only graded as Pass or fail, how does it get counted towards your Pass/ Fail subjects scale as GRA 2.0 for a Pass & 0 for a fail. Please check with student enquiry service regarding this.- MQ-MANAGER
