As a current study in Commerce at USYD and an unlucky student of the HSC 2013 (whereby USYD and UNSW law cut-off both were 99.7) what are my chances of catching a break? (transferring, that is)

have a feeling you come from my school...so you need to be around top 20% of subjects and like 1st-2nd in classes with smaller cohorts and not as good results e.g. art/food tech

have decided to drop it because i'm not willing to put in the effort, i hope its close to the right choice! (slightly scared but it's just the HSC, not the end of the world) thanks guys!

do you think 3U will be used if i am top 5 in all my other subjects (they are low scaling e.g. biology, ancient history but my school does relatively well in them)

ive done perms and combs and binomials and projectives at tutor but never really paid attention or did the homework school wise, we still have a lot of 3U to get through
